The works on Sint-Pieterspoort have now really started. Together with our partner Bouwonderneming Christiaens, we are building a new urban district at the Gent-Sint-Pieters station, commissioned by Triple Living.
The project marks the beginning of an ambitious urban renewal on Queen Fabiola Avenue. What is today an empty site will soon be transformed into two residential towers, each 60 meters high. Together, both towers account for 206 apartments, commercial spaces and an open hospitality pavilion. Between the buildings will be a car-free, softened courtyard with a strong focus on green experiences, biodiversity and meeting space for residents and neighborhood.
We are building a sustainable, future-oriented neighborhood that intelligently connects living, working, mobility and public space. A beautiful design by OFFICE Kersten Geers David Van Severen and Bontinck Architecture and Interior.
