Walcourt 118 in Anderlecht reaches its highest point

We are proud to announce that the structural work on 'Walcourt 118' on the Deleers site in Anderlecht has been completed. This building was designed by Atelier Kempe Thill and KADERSTUDIO and comprises 23 subsidized apartments (in collaboration with citydev.brussels) spread over seven floors.
Work started in February this year and progressed with impressive efficiency: an average of one floor per month. We have already started on the finishing touches and will deliver the building around May 2026.
Walcourt 118 is part of the overall renovation of the Deleers site, where we will officially inaugurate the school next month. BAM Interbuild is building this project on behalf of Deleers Campus and Deleers Residentieel (a collaboration between Kairos nv & FEDERALE Assurance-Verzekering insurance).

As usual, our maypole was not a tree, but an intelligent insect hotel that will be given a nice spot on the project once it is finished.
