A subsidiary of BAM Interbuild, BAM fm was established in 2013 as part of DBFM contracts. This reinforces our vision as a group to be involved in the full life cycle of buildings: from the moment the first brick is laid to demolition. After the construction phase, BAM FM ensures that its clients can focus fully on their core business by taking care of their buildings, end users, safety and environmental issues through efficient facilities management, throughout the entire life cycle of their buildings.
BAM fm has grown into a facility services provider with a comprehensive offering. We offer Building Maintenance, Facility Services (hard and soft services), as well as Facility Projects. Together with Kairos and BAM Interbuild, we realize our own developments and DBFM projects and focus on: develop, build and maintain. And that in a beautiful relationship of trust with our customers.
