Kairos, BAM Interbuild and BAM fm together form the Belgian branch of the Dutch parent company Royal BAM Group. Sometimes our three companies work separately on projects within their own areas of expertise, but preferably we work as one team to develop, build and maintain relevant, sustainable buildings. We aim high, with a strong focus on our values and on the relationship with our clients and partners.
Kairos is an ambitious project developer profiling itself in the areas of living, working, caring and learning. We create sustainable neighborhoods, innovative office buildings and we contribute to a livable society by developing hospitals and schools.
BAM Interbuild as a Class 8 contractor, specializes in the construction of offices, residential buildings and utility buildings such as schools, hospitals and prisons, always with particular attention to quality and personal service.
BAM fm focuses on facility management, both in terms of maintenance of buildings and technical installations and in terms of services to users, such as cleaning, waste management, catering and garden maintenance. We develop a tailored service package for each project.

In a company where many colleagues work at different locations, our Eventbuilders are the glue that holds our organisation together! These committed and enthusiastic colleagues ensure that everyone meets regularly in an informal, convivial atmosphere.
Some great activities our Eventbuilders have already organized:
- Karting, construction site tours, summer weekends, participating in the Urban Trail, a cycling weekend, a quiz for charity and even several short ski trips!
And it doesn't stop there: we also see each other at company events such as our Easter, summer and Christmas drinks, staff parties, family days, afterwork drinks or open yard days. Whoever starts at BAM Belgium ends up in a warm nest!
