The construction of the new leisure center in Zellik has been awarded to Interbuild. The leisure center includes multipurpose halls, chiro rooms, a youth center, a theater hall, a foyer, a library and a cafeteria. The design is by Areal architects from Antwerp and Brut from Brussels. The building is designed as a cultural infrastructure in its most essential form. It is not a pre-programmed stylized leisure environment but a generous polyvalent and flexible environment adaptable to the strongly evolving and wide range of cultural activities.
The works will start on September 1, 2022 and will last approximately 16 months. We are proud to realize this building with our 'Peopleofinterbuild'. We are building this new project on behalf of the municipality of Asse.
