Yesterday the official starting shot was given for Sint-Pieterspoort, an urban project next to Ghent-Sint-Pieters station that we are building in collaboration with Bouwonderneming Christiaens for Triple Living. This time the choice was not made for a symbolic foundation stone, but to plant a tree, as a sign of sustainable anchoring and growth. 🌳
The project includes two residential towers totaling 206 apartments, an innovative bike-to-unit system (a first in Flanders) and the new Queen Paola Square, designed by Jeroen Provoost. OFFICE Kersten Geers David Van Severen & Bontinck Architecture and Interior are responsible for the design of Sint-Pieterspoort.
"We are extremely proud to be able to really launch this project now. Sint-Pieterspoort will be an example of how sustainable and urban living come together, right next to one of the largest mobility hubs in the country." Stefan Paeleman, director Triple Living
Now it is up to us to make this project a reality. 💪🏼
