2 imposing office towers that help define Ghent's skyline

The "Zuiderpoort" office complex, with a total surface area of 65,000 m² above ground, includes 2 imposing towers that help define Ghent's skyline. Furthermore, the project is divided into 6 connected and perfectly integrated buildings, under which there are 5 underground parking levels offering parking space for 1,407 cars. Before the excavation to basement level -5, a soil and water retaining sludge wall was constructed to a depth of 30 meters.

Buildings A and B have 12 floors above ground and buildings C have 4 floors each. The two main buildings are connected by a glass atrium within which panoramic elevators take visitors from the entrance hall to the offices. The ground floor is fully equipped as commercial space. In front of the main entrance to the building, a traffic circle was constructed and the driveway to the highway was completely redesigned.
