Transformation of an office building in the European district of Brussels on behalf of AXA
The project essentially includes the renovation of approximately 20,000 m2 of floors into highly sustainable offices, which also includes the modification of the entrances and cores, an addition of optics in buildings L1 and L5, the redevelopment of the courtyard, the refreshment of the underground parking and the construction of a commercial area. Part of the building will be converted into residential units, consisting of 33 rooms divided into 7 apartments.
The planned start date is Sept. 6, 2024, with an expected implementation period of about 21 months.
