New addition to Brussels office market
The 't Serclaes building is located in the center of Brussels, next to the Radisson SAS hotel. The building, previously known as the kBC building, was completely renovated. The stability of the building was thoroughly checked and adjusted. The renovation also covered the entire interior finishing: floors, ceilings, sanitary cores including the complete renewal of electricity and HVAC.
The floors were executed as landscape offices with the possibility of subdividing them at a later stage according to the client's wishes. Part of the building consists of a listed facade, which was restored and brought back to its former glory. The other front facades were completely fitted with new natural stone cladding and new aluminum windows. The natural stone and exterior joinery of the courtyard facades were thoroughly cleaned and repaired where necessary.
The courtyard around which the building was constructed was also given a new look. The new modern offices combined with underground parking facilities have made this building a real asset to the Brussels office market.
