Unique project on an island surrounded by the Scheldt right in the center of Oudenaarde
The Scheldekop project is a first phase of 90 apartments of the Schelde-Eiland project. A unique project on an island on the Scheldt, right in the center of Oudenaarde. The project comprises a total of 195 apartments with spacious terraces and 25 town houses with gardens. The special design by POLO Architects makes Schelde-Eiland a unique urban project where quality living is guaranteed.
The location of the Scheldt Island project is unquestionably unique. Surrounded by the Scheldt, with panoramic views and the omnipresent tranquility of the water. This ambitious residential project is being realized on the island with a succession of unique residences situated around a green courtyard.
In the underground parking garage, an individual garage box or parking space plus storage space will be provided for each apartment. Via the elevators provided, each apartment is perfectly accessible from the underground garage.
Particular attention is paid to living comfort in each apartment. In the 1, 2 or 3 bedroom apartments, acoustic comfort and energy efficiency were already taken into account in the design. The materials used are always durable and ensure minimal maintenance costs.
