Expansion and restoration of offices at Berchem
The Rubens project consists of a coherent and high-quality ensemble of 4 separate office buildings. The interior design was adapted to the specific requirements of the tenants. Green natural stone, clear aluminum and light gray-green tinted glazing were used for the façade. The office buildings include a ground floor and 4 floors of ± 1,000 m² each. One office building has an additional floor. There are two underground levels that can accommodate 600 cars.
