Second phase of office complex in Brussels
The Pole Star project is the 2nd phase of the office complex built by AG Real Estate on the corner of Simon Bolivarlaan and Antwerp Steenweg in Brussels. This H-shaped building with 2 underground levels, a ground floor and 14 above-ground floors, is the mirror image of the North Light building that was previously inaugurated. The Pole Star is connected to the North Light by an intermediate building of also 13 floors. Both buildings contain office spaces on the upper floors. A kitchen and restaurant were installed on the ground and second floors in the North Light. In the Pole Star, an auditorium for 330 people was provided on the -1 and ground floors. The building was awarded the HQE label.
