One of the largest real estate projects in Brussels

At the time, the North Galaxy office complex (near the North Station) was one of the largest real estate projects in Brussels. The office complex has an area of 110,000 m² (above ground) and 46,500 m² (underground). From the substructure rise two towers of 28 floors each, above which rest 2 technical floors. The 2 towers enclose a third 6-story building, also adorned with a technical floor. The building is closed on the outside by an active facade with double wall.

The complex is characterized by the reception hall, formed by an elliptical volume with double wall of 12 m height. The substructure (ground floor and second floor) includes specific spaces such as kitchen/restaurant for 1600 meals, cafeteria for 800 snacks, medical service, VIP restaurant, meeting rooms, central dispatching, loading and unloading docks. The 4 underground floors accommodate 650 cars and also include the archives (8,000 sq. ft.), the CTI room (3,000 sq. ft.) and the necessary technical premises.
