European distribution center of sports giant Nike
Nike Customer Service Center is the European distribution center of both apparel and the famous Nike shoes of this sports giant. Within a period of 9 months, a first phase involved the construction of a complex of 27,550 m² of offices and warehouses. In a second phase, we were then entrusted with the execution of two High Bays and one Low Bay. The third phase consisted first of the expansion of the clothing department by 30,000 m². Then followed (phases 3 b, c and d) the expansion of the shoe department with 6 High Bays, reception buildings, a cardboard warehouse and technical galleries as well as 2 additional High Bays for clothing.
The office area is divided by a central skylight. Furthermore, a multi-purpose sports hall, a gymnasium and two squash halls are available to the staff. In the Low Bays, all the trading takes place and the goods are stored for a short duration, in the High Bays the goods are stored for a longer time. Through the technical galleries, these High and Low Bays are connected to the reception buildings and the cardboard warehouse.
