Demolition and construction of office building in European Quarter
This office building was erected on the corner of rue de l'Industrie and rue Montoyer in Brussels, located in the European Quarter. The building consists of 2 underground floors, a ground floor and 8 upper floors. The underground floors were fitted out as parking, archives and technical areas. The ground and upper floors serve as office space, with part of the 8th floor used for the technical installation.
The retrofit work ordered afterwards was completed in April 2013.
