Bold concept composed of demolition and reconstruction of tertiary buildings and renovation of master home around patios
This project, characterized by its bold concept, is composed of tertiary, obsolete buildings (demolition/reconstruction) and a master residence that will be preserved (renovation). In this way, an E-shaped, coherent whole is preserved, which is built around courtyards (patios), has 5 floors and 2 underground parking floors. The E-shape of the building creates a spatial effect of the courtyards and increases the office area through natural daylight.
