Expansion and renewal of Hoste Publishing House in Kobbegem
This project involved office space expansion, remodeling and new construction.
On level 0, there is an auditorium, three meeting rooms, a sanitary core, a kitchen and a cafeteria. On level 1, there is a technical room and an office space. The whole structure was founded on "piles formed in the ground". Once the foundation and sewage works started, it was decided to shell two additional floors as well as an upper roof technical room. The cladding consists of zinc facade cassettes and aluminum curtain walls and window units.
