New construction of luxury apartments carried out in 4 phases
Skyline City ordered from Interbuild the construction of a total of 356 luxury apartments with underground parking, located on Genève Street in Evere. The construction was done in 4 phases.
A first phase of 88 apartments was completed in November 2011. A second phase of 111 apartments was completed in December 2012. Phase 3 with 72 apartments was ready in April 2014 and phase 4 was delivered in June 2015 with 85 apartments.
The four phases include two underground parking levels with 356 open parking spaces, as well as bicycle rooms. Smoke and heat extraction(RWA) systems have been implemented.
Interbuild was responsible for the new construction and complete finishing of all apartments and common parts including the techniques. The apartments meet an E level of E 70 and a K level of K 38.
