New building apartments founded on steel and according to principle of blind formwork
The Domaine des Étangs project involves the new construction of 163 apartments, with commercial spaces on the ground floor and underground parking. The 163 apartments were distributed over eight floors. The ground floor will house a number of shell commercial spaces, and the planned parking is spread over two underground floors. The facade finishing was done at the bottom with a concrete plinth. The facades of the ground floor to the sixth floor were done in facade plastering and the facades of floors 7 and 8 are provided with zinc plating. Terraces were installed on some of the roofs, and the remaining areas were finished as green roofs.
The building was founded on steel. The connection of the basement with the neighbors was made by means of a secant pile wall in front of which a concrete wall was made according to the principle of blind formwork.
The vastness of the project is one of its biggest challenges.
