Avenue Building is part of the AMCA project and contains +/- 10,000 m² of offices. The pedestal of the project is a landing point for a bicycle bridge connecting the AMCA site with Rail North. Together with the London Tower, this building forms, as it were, the "final piece" of the entire AMCA site. Through their implantation, use of materials and architectural design, they act as landmarks at the end of the Slates where the verticality has a gateway function that contrasts with the horizontal courthouse.
The facades were constructed of dark gray natural stone. The building itself has a plan structure concentrated around two identical circulation cores, equipped with 3 passenger elevators and 2 freight elevators. Each circulation core is equipped with an evacuation staircase, a kitchenette, separate sanitary facilities and various technical shafts. The various office zones are accessed via a corridor zone that surrounds these cores.
The project provides for about 200 offices, a basement with archive space, storage space and an enclosed bicycle shed. In addition, an underground parking lot consisting of 3 floors was also realized.
