Renovation and restoration of existing office tower in downtown Charleroi
The Tour Albert Charleroi project consisted of the renovation and restoration of the existing office tower in downtown Charleroi. In a first step, asbestos was removed in the building. The replacement of the HVAC, electrical and plumbing techniques and the complete finishing of the office surfaces were done in installments while the tenant kept the building permanently occupied. The facade was also dismantled and reassembled in several stages. The new curtain wall and zinc cladding give the tower a contemporary look.
