Renovation of several floors in the North Plaza building in Brussels
Banimmo ordered in early November 2009 the renovation of floors +4 and +5 (a total of 6,000 m²) in the North Plaza building, located on Boulevard Albert II in Brussels. The project was ordered in open budget with a maximum budget. The entire interior finishes were stripped on these levels, including the hard floor finishes. Then the HVAC automation was modernized as well as the lighting fixtures and sanitary appliances. The painting work, hard flooring and wall tiling, new fan vents and ceilings were completed by 31/01/10 so that the new tenant could start their fit-out works.
After the completion of floors +4 and +5, Banimmo also ordered the renovation of floors +2 and +3 in February 2010, where structural works were also carried out in addition to the previous floors. These works were delivered in June 2010. In the meantime, the renovation of part of the ground floor was also ordered in February 2010 in open budget with a maximum budget. This area was transformed into a sandwich bar and was delivered in early May 2010.
