Landscape offices equipped with raised floor and suspended ceiling with active chilled beams
TheNorth Light project, located at the corner of Simon Bolivarlaan and Antwerpsesteenweg, is the first building of the real estate project planned by AG Real Estate on this site. The building consists of 2 underground and 14 above-ground floors, being ± 10,350 m² underground and 36,480 m² above-ground. The facades were executed in a combination of glass and natural stone.
The building erected in an H-shape is intended as office space, except for the second floor where the kitchen and restaurant are located. The floors were originally implemented as landscape offices equipped with a raised floor and a suspended ceiling with active chilled beams. However, they can be adapted and arranged according to the needs of the effective user of the building.
The building is connected to the second tower "Pole Star," also executed by Interbuild.
