A few minutes' walk from the South Station in Brussels, BAM Interbuild, in partnership with Galère, completed the new Marchandises (Bâtiments à Affectations Multiples) project. The building is characterized by a curved shape with four stories and three striking towers that reach up to seven stories. The courtyard provides ample light and creates additional green space for the building's users.
The diversity of the surrounding buildings and the mixed program is reflected in the facade, where different materials and patterns are used. Despite this, the predominant facade masonry ensures that the overall appearance is harmonious and cohesive.
