At BAM Belgium, we believe that building goes beyond infrastructure; it's about creating connection and a better future. This is why we are particularly proud to adopt a Cliniclown through our organization, The Swallow Fund. With this initiative, we support Cliniclowns' wonderful mission: to offer vulnerable children and their families a moment of relief, joy and hope in difficult times.
A hospitalization or long-term care situation can be tough and stressful for children and their families. The Cliniclowns make these moments just a little lighter and happier. With humor, creativity and attention, they manage to put smiles on faces even in the most challenging circumstances. Through our adoption, we contribute to their important work and ensure that even more children can experience the power of a smile. Adopting a Cliniclown is another step in our mission to not only physically build, but also contribute to a warmer and more caring society.
The choice to support Cliniclowns came from their unique approach: they make real contact with children, respond to their needs and give them room to be children for a while, regardless of the circumstances. This fits perfectly with our values as an organization: people-oriented, connecting and involved.
We are honored to be able to contribute to this worthwhile project through The Swallow Fund. Together with Cliniclowns, we are building a future full of smiles, positivity and connection.

About the Swallow Fund
BAM Belgium not only tries to be there for its own colleagues, but we also want to contribute to the welfare of people outside the borders of our organization. This is why BAM Belgium set up the Swallow Fund in 2012 through which we support good causes. This is how we continue to build a more social and inclusive environment every year.
Since 2019, every year we select three charities with which our employees have a close relationship. With this thorough involvement of our people, we strengthen the social impact of our actions. We also organize several events where we make a positive contribution, such as a beach clean up, a planting campaign, etc....
