Kairos, BAM Interbuild and BAM fm together form the Belgian branch under the Dutch parent company Royal BAM Group. Together, as one big team, we focus on developing, building and maintaining leading building projects.
BAM Interbuild is the building specialist of choice within Belgium, primarily for the Flemish and Brussels regions. Projects such as the MAS and the Havenhuis in Antwerp, and the Finance Tower, the NATO headquarters, and the Résidence Palace in Brussels will certainly ring a bell.
To strengthen our team, we at BAM Interbuild are looking for motivated structural workers who are eager to get started on our construction sites!
Function
Together with your colleagues, you’ll help bring our construction projects to life. Depending on your experience:
- Do you literally contribute your bit to our projects by performing small and larger masonry jobs on our various sites.
- You will assist with formwork and concrete pouring for walls, beams, and floor slabs, as well as the installation of precast elements.
- You’ll assist with crane and hoisting operations to ensure that everything is moved safely and efficiently to the right place.
- Will you help with pouring and finishing concrete, making sure everything is smooth, level, and done according to plan?
- Join your colleagues in watching over a safe way of working. Safety is always the first priority!
Profile
- You have a technical background in structural work, formwork, concrete pouring, and/or rebar tying, gained through training and/or experience.
- You have a positive attitude and enjoy working in an enthusiastic team.
- You believe it’s important to always work safely and aren’t afraid to speak up when your colleagues aren’t following safety procedures.
- You are a hard worker and are always ready to support your team.
- You possess or are willing to obtain a VCA certificate.
- You speak a fair bit of Dutch or French.
